Furnished Holiday Lets

Please note this is guidance from the UK Government.

Although we can offer advice & support for our customers, the legalities of the Holiday Lets are to be dealt with by those who own the home.

The UK Government Guidance on Furnished Holiday Lets (FHLs):

- Must be within the UK or EEA

- Must be furnished for normal occupancy and guests

- Must be available for at least 210 days per year

- Must be let out for 105 or the 210 days per year

- Must not be occupied for 31 days of every tax year

Please note that the guidance for FHLs' is set to change in April 2025

Once you have got in touch with us, we will send over a
guide book with advice on setting your holiday home up.

We offer a full clean and dress of the house and we will take the photos in house, your house will then be advertised on our website, social media platforms, Vrbo, Booking.com and AirBnB.
