No matter which Lighthouse Lettings property you choose, you'll be close to the coast.
You will have a choice of beaches to visit: Southwold, Walberswick, Dunwich, Sizewell and slightly further afield Covehithe, Horsey and Winterton - which are hotspots for seal spotting between October and March.

Whilst staying on your lighthouse lettings Suffolk holiday, there are perfect dogs walks to take your pups around. Dunwich Heath is a stunning wander for dogs and humans alike. There is Westleton Heath, national nature reserve and Westleton Common, both on the door step of Claremont Cottage, another perfect spot for dogs. Further a field you have Rendlesham Forest (renown for UFO spotting too), for longer dog walks or cycling. In Cratfield during the spring and summer the horses are roaming around and a wonderful walk around the tiny little village. This time of year dogs are also welcome on the local beaches, so if they’re feeling brave they can have a dip in the sea. Even in the cold, Suffolk is stunning no matter which ever holiday let you choose.

Local Attractions
Must-visit locations include the iconic 'Castle on the Hill' in Framlingham! Another popular destination is Woodbridge, perfect for brunching and shopping. Bird enthusiasts will love Minsmere, a sanctuary filled with seasonal wonders in the nature reserve. Make sure to catch the Latitude Festival at Henham Park in late July—it's wise to secure your accommodation early for this popular event!
Of course there is the Southwold Lighthouse, which offers tours so you can feast your eyes on the 360 view of the Suffolk coastline.
Further a field you could head to the Norfolk Broads and hire a boat for a day at sea- perfect for a day out with family and friends. ​
