By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that:

You are responsible for any damages or breakages that occur during your stay, this will be covered by a £250 security deposit which will be paid alongside the first payment of 15% of the holiday cost.

The £250 security deposit ensures that the cost of any damages or breakages, that happen during your stay (if any),  are covered. Please ensure that you treat the property with care and respect.

48 hours after your stay if there is no issues, you will be refunded the full amount.

You must pay a 15 % up front payment to secure the booking- this is non refundable. ​You must pay for your holiday in full, 30 days prior to your check in date. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your booking and no refund on any previous payments.
